As following the motto of being healthy throughout the year and throughout our lives, we had a health awareness week full of different activities to encourage everyone to change their life-styles gradually and to keep the doctor away as much as possible.

We hired a smoothie bike and children were allowed to make their own smoothies throughout the week. Just pedal and get your best drink ready in few minutes.

Sister Batoul; one of our amazing parents, introduced to the school in assembly how to make two healthy dishes from Syrian Cuisine.

Children wore their favourite sports costume and represented some of their sport talents.

Children designed posters to encourage healthy eating. Well Done Iman yr.6 and Hayaa yr.5 for your amazing presentations.

We had also invited a specialist to introduce pilates
classes for our children and parents.
